| Ordering NOTE: FOR YOUR SAFETY - Watch for the key padlock symbol in your browers status bar in the lower right-hand corner before you type and submit your credit card information online. Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
To place an order:
Online: Click on the "create account" button on the bottom of any page on our site. Place the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. Press the "checkout" button, select a method of shipping, then select a method of payment. After you complete these steps. Check your emailbox for a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive an email from us, check your Junk/spam email filter. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Money Orders: We only accept US money orders. We do not accept International Money Orders. Follow the instructions for "Online" checkout above. When you are asked to select a method of payment, select "Money Order or Fax" during checkout. Please place your order number and username on the money order. The order number will be available from both the "my accounts" page and via an email you should receive after completing checkout. Your usename is created during the sign up process.
Fax: Follow the instructions for "Online" checkout above. When you are asked to select a method of payment, select "Money Order or Fax" during checkout. You may fax your order 24 hours / 7 days (Toll Free Fax - 1.877.553.5179 ). All Fax orders should include the following (as they appear on you credit card):
1. Full Name 2. Billing Address (Same as the address where you receive your credit card statement) 3. Credit Card Type (i.e, Visa, Mastercard) 4. Credit Card numbers (41111111111111111111 - 20 digits) 5. 3 digit CVS number on the back of Card (American Express is 4 digits on the front of the card) 6. Order number The shipping address, item type or any special instructions should be captured during order placement The order number will be available from both the "my accounts" page and via an email you should recieve after completing checkout.
NOTE: Should you decide to place the entire order in the fax with out "creating an account" please also include in addition to the 6 items above; a telphone number, shipping address, email address, item numbers and quantity.
Email: We ask that you never include credit card numbers in an eMail message. We will not accept payments via email.
Cancel Orders:
How to Cancel an Order on DIY-moms.com Once placed, your order is processed right away. Orders are usually shipped the next business day. Depending on how much time has elapsed you may cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package back to DIY-moms for a full refund. See our return policy for more information.
Orders placed on DIY-moms.com can be canceled in the following ways:

Note:
- DIY-moms can not assume responsibility for lost packages. In the event of non-delivery, we will do what we can to help you locate the package by providing label numbers and delivery confirmation information. We will not reship or refund lost packages. DIY-moms will file a “Lost Package” claim with the post office for your package. You will be notified by mail with updates on your claim as soon as we receive them from the Postal Service.
- FREE SHIPPING - As of 3/1/2008 we are not charging shipping on any products shipped within the US, for orders of $40.00 or more.
A standard method of shipping will be selected based on the customers location. Customers seeking expedited shipping (overnight, next day, etc) will be given the OPTION of paying for these methods should they desire. Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order.
- Delays may occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, or anytime after 12:00pm noon (Eastern Standard Time).
- For Standard Delivery: Delivery time is 4-9 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
- Please note: You must place your order by 12:00pm noon EST days express delivery service. If your order is placed after NOON EST, it will be processed with the following days orders. If your order is place after NOON EST on Friday, it will be processed with the following Mondays orders.
- We will send a shipping confirmation e-mail with the date your order was shipped. If you are a register member of Diy-moms, you may also check the status of your order by visiting your My Account page. Please note: We will only track shipping information within My Account for registered members.
- Orders are not shipped until billing and credit card information is verified and the bank provides an authorization. If there is a problem with your order due to payment information you entered, we will contact you via e-mail or phone.
- Diy-moms reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
International Shipping Information
Diy-moms ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada, and the UK. Diy-moms uses USPS Priority International and USPS Express Mail shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery. Diy-moms cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.If your country is not listed and you wish to place an order, we recommend that you contact us at tina@diy-moms.com

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that countrys national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Note: We do NOT ship to international PO boxes.

Handling Policy
Shipping charges include a $2.00 fee to cover costs of packaging and a portion of our handling expense. We felt that it was better to assess a small shipping and handling fee than to raise prices.

Shipping FAQs
Q: What types of shipping class services do you offer? A: We offer five delivery methods: Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Express Mail. via USPS Please note: The easiest way to know your orders estimated shipping costs and delivery date is to let us calculate those for you. Add items to your cart. Then click the "Modify Shipping Options" button to select a shipping option. You will see your orders shipping charges and delivery time for each shipping option in order to help you determine your best delivery method.
Q: When do I have to place my order to qualify for 1 or 2 business day delivery? A: You must place your order by 12:00PM NOON EST (EASTERN STANDARD TIME) in order for it to be processed in that days 1 or 2 business day service. If your order is placed after NOON EST, it will be processed with the following days orders. If your order is placed after NOON EST on FRIDAY, it will be processed with the following Mondays orders.
Q: What does "business day" refer to for shipping delivery time estimates? A: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. So, when estimating your orders arrival date, please do not include weekends and holidays in the number of delivery days.
Q: How does "order processing" factor into my orders arrival date? A: To estimate your orders delivery time, we include both the shipping time and the order processing time. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. However, if an item becomes out of stock after youve placed your order, order processing may take longer and delay your shipment.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, at this time Diy-moms only ships to Canada, UK and Australia
Q: Do you ship to military bases? A: Yes. Please keep in mind that delivery to military addresses may take longer than the stated times.
Q: Do you ship to post office boxes? A: Yes. All P.O. Box orders will be delivered by The United States Postal Service (USPS).
Q: Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order? A: Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, you need to submit separate orders for each address.
Q: What shipping methods do you use? A: We primarily deliver standard service via USPS.

| | Return Policy
DIY-moms.com does not offer the same return policy as some of the larger retailers, so please read our return policy carefully. DIY-moms are not responsible for customers that over look our policy and want to return an item outside of the return policy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply contact tina@diy-moms.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit or cash refund. DIY-moms do not accept unauthorized returns.
- All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging with all instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and undamaged. If the items are returned in less than new condition and do not have all the packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee.
- To make returns easier, keep records of your purchase - make a copy of the receipt that was shipped with the package. Upon receipt of the returned items DIY-moms will promptly credit your credit card and send you a confirmation via e-mail. On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
- If you wish to return an item that you believe is defective, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
- If you are unsure of how a product works. Please read all instructions carefully or contact the manufacture for questions. DIY-moms does not give technical support for software or electric products.
- Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
- DIY-moms does not offer returns on discounted items such as sales, pre-orders, and special promotions.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. DIY-moms will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
- Gifts must be returned within 30 days of the deliver date or Christmas Day. DIY-moms considers gifts to be items purchased between, November 1 – December 25. You may choose either a store merchandise credit or exchange for another item of your choice, at the same price as the gift or more. Please be sure to keep all Gift receipts as evidence to support a store credit or exchange.
